Description: Thank you to Jeanette B of Webster Groves, MO for unlocking this pattern with her donation on 5/26. Papal Tiara by Annette Truong. Pope Paul VI was the last pontiff to wear a papal tiara (the triregnum) but it remains as a symbol in the Papal crest, although in his personal crest the current pope has chosen a mitre instead. This applique design is a free quilt pattern from Four Twin Sisters.
